Once you have found the right home, allow us to guide you through the various requirements to make the process as simple and pain free as possible, so that you can move in at the time that works for you best.

Check In

On the day you move in we will meet you at the property and go through a thorough checking in process, including taking meter readings, carrying out a thorough inventory and giving you all the safety certification required as well as our dedicated WhatsApp Maintenance Issues account details.

What types of properties are available to rent?

We offer a wide range of properties from ensuite studios right through to 5 bed licensed HMOs so we have pretty much something for everyone. Contact us at info@homesforpeople.co.uk to get a list of our current properties available for rent.

Once you have decided on a property that works for you, we will guide you through the entire application process from the government ‘Right to Rent’ checks to the credit checking process and any other documentation we may require so as to make the entire process as painless as possible.

Yes, your deposit will be fully protected in line with government guidelines.
