Once you have found the right home, allow us to guide you through the various requirements to make the process as simple and pain free as possible, so that you can move in at the time that works for you best.
On the day you move in we will meet you at the property and go through a thorough checking in process, including taking meter readings, carrying out a thorough inventory and giving you all the safety certification required as well as our dedicated WhatsApp Maintenance Issues account details.
After completing the Check In process, you can move in knowing your home is professionally managed, well maintained and you are completely supported whenever you need assistance.

How do I apply for a rental property?
Once you have decided on a property that works for you, we will guide you through the entire application process from the government ‘Right to Rent’ checks to the credit checking process and any other documentation we may require so as to make the entire process as painless as possible.
Is my deposit protected?
Yes, your deposit will be fully protected in line with government guidelines.
Who do I contact if I need help during my tenancy?

Do you have a GDPR policy?
