For £299, you will receive a consultancy call to assess your property and then a full report on viability and next steps. From there you can decide whether you want to apply for your licence or carry out any necessary upgrades yourself or we can quote on doing this for you.

 

In addition to the initial consultation and viability report, the cost of making your application is a further £299. You would need to provide all compliancy paperwork so that we can complete the application process on your local council’s portal.
